This is one of many lovely campsites along the chain of lakes accessible only by boat or canoe. There are no roads after the first 2 miles of the 12 mile long chain. Camping is free of charge so long as you leave no trash and do not cut or damage any trees. You may gather firewood but not cut down any trees.
Be sure to bring back all of your garbage. Camp fires are usually permitted but be aware of fire restrictions that might be in force from time to time during extremely dry conditions. Alway put out your fire completely before you leave the camp.
Carry along a small spade to dig a latrine hole and fill up the hole with earth when you break camp.
